Your role...As a PAC (Phone Audit Center) Auditor, you will analyze and verify information provided by insured parties to accurately determine policy premium bases. You will conduct thorough audits, prepare detailed reports, and communicate findings to insurance carriers.
In this role you will...- Efficiently manage assigned tasks and prioritize work.
- Conduct voluntary phone audits by analyzing electronically submitted information and requesting additional details from policyholders via phone or email.
- Create comprehensive audit reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to quality standards. Submit reports for review and make necessary revisions.
- Consistently meet or exceed established quality and productivity benchmarks.
What you need to be successful...
- Ability to effectively convey complex information and ideas both verbally and in writing.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
- Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and self-disciplined.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and solve complex problems.
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to conduct business professionally and positively with third-party business owners.
- Willingness to receive feedback constructively and make necessary adjustments to improve performance.
Your Compensation...
Our salary ranges are based on paying competitively for our size and industry, and are one part of the total compensation package that also includes variable compensation eligibility, benefits, and other opportunities at ReSource Pro. Individual pay decisions are based on a number of factors, including qualifications for the role, experience level, skillset, geography, and balancing internal equity relative to other ReSource Pro employees. This is a remote position and the salary range for most locations for this role is $11.25-$15.50 base. The salary range could be lower or higher based on specific geographic location in which the candidate. This role is eligible for performance-based compensation in addition to the base salary. Performance-based pay is determined by various performance criteria.
