A top candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Experience as a Mortgage Loan Originator and/or Financial Sales Specialist with a verifiable sales track record preferred.
- Proven communication, listening, and interpersonal skills to pursue leads, manage your loan pipeline, follow up on missing data or documentation, ensure timelines are met, and build strong working relationships with customers and team members.
- Demonstrated commitment to Howard Hanna Mortgage and cultivating life-long relationships with customers, agents, and business partners.
- Professional, approachable, empathetic, and positive attitude.
