We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Lead for our Workday ERP implementation! The incumbent will work as a Senior Integration Developer Lead, specializing in the integration of the Workday ERP application with various enterprise systems and external benefit providers. In this role, you will lead a team of developers in designing, developing, and maintaining robust integrations to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability across our enterprise ecosystem.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of integration developers in designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between the Workday ERP application and other enterprise systems, including EPIC, Infor FSM, UKG Pro (Ultimate Kronos Group), and external benefit providers like Alight.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather integration requirements and design scalable, efficient integration solutions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain integrations using a variety of integration technologies and tools, such as Workday Studio, Enterprise Service Bus (ESB), and middleware solutions.
- Conduct thorough testing of integrations to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and reliability in the integrated environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, working closely with internal and external stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging technologies related to ERP integration and integration development.
- Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to integration developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with project managers and other team leads to ensure timely delivery of integration projects within project timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field, or equivalent experience.
- Workday Certified Integration Developer.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in software development, with at least 5 years of experience in integration development and a minimum of 3 years of experience in a leadership or team lead role.
- Proven experience in leading integration projects and teams in a complex enterprise environment.
- In-depth knowledge of integration technologies and tools, with hands-on experience in Workday Studio, ESB, and middleware solutions.
- Strong understanding of Workday ERP application architecture and data model.
- Experience with integration of Workday ERP with other enterprise systems such as EPIC, Infor FSM, UKG Pro, and external benefit providers like Alight.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
