Job Summary:
The Accounting Trainee is a newly created role in our company, which offers recent college graduates an opportunity to develop leadership skills and gain hands-on Accounting experience in a corporate environment. New WinCup Holdings, Inc. is looking for students who are recent graduates or graduate students. The training program is a 90-day program; upon successful completion, the candidate will be offered an opportunity as a Staff Accountant in one of the Core Accounting Responsibilities.
Core Job Responsibilities:
- Exposure and daily support in areas of General Ledger Accounting, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Treasury.
- Accounting and administration of sales marketing rebate programs.
- Assisting in the preparation of monthly financial close.
- Assisting FP&A for analytics.
- Performing ad-hoc tasks as required by the team.
Competencies:
- Eager to learn and a willingness to roll your sleeves up and get involved.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently obtained (within the last three months) a degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
