What you'll do...
Data and Digital Literacy: Possesses knowledge of data collection modes, techniques, and tools; data analytics. Responsibilities include articulating the levers that influence data, ensuring data quality, and organizing processes for analysis. Develops and implements technology changes across multiple processes within assigned area of work.
Environmental Protection: Possesses knowledge of environmental policies and procedures; applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations involving the environment. Responsibilities include operating tools for evaluating air, water, and waste pollution, supporting regulatory visits, and preparing audit reports for management review.
Operational Excellence: Possesses knowledge of organizational processes and root cause analysis techniques. Responsibilities include explaining operational functions and key roles of the assigned department, clarifying interdependence of support functions, and identifying primary operational functions.
Partnership & Collaboration: Possesses knowledge of stakeholder identification and engagement techniques. Responsibilities include owning project activity and tasks assigned by others and supporting process updates.
Employee Health and Safety: Possesses knowledge of OSHA guidelines and compliance auditing processes. Responsibilities include participating in OSHA inspections, maintaining health and safety records, and reporting safety violations.
Asset Protection & Security: Possesses knowledge of asset protection policies and environmental laws. Responsibilities include recognizing security breaches, assisting in access control procedures, and maintaining loss prevention records.
EHS Training Delivery: Possesses knowledge of training methodologies. Responsibilities include supporting training programs and managing feedback solicitation from participants.
Risk Management: Possesses knowledge of risk management processes. Responsibilities include producing risk assessment reports and conducting risk assessments.
Process Improvement: Responsibilities include defining workflows, identifying process problems, and implementing methods for process improvement.
Influential Communication: Responsibilities include organizing thoughts and communicating credibly, utilizing relevant data to articulate results, and actively listening to others.
Transportation Operations: Responsibilities include ensuring proper completion of transportation documents and monitoring performance metrics.
Coordinates and oversees job-related activities by developing relationships with stakeholders and supporting plans to meet business needs.

Minimum Qualifications...
Outlined below are the required minimum qualifications for this position:
- Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety Management, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
- 2 years' experience in Environmental, Health and Safety within Supply Chain, Retail, Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
- 2 years' experience in Continuous Improvement methodologies (e.g., TPM, WCM, Lean Six Sigma) within Supply Chain or manufacturing environments.
Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings.
Preferred Qualifications...

- 1 or More Degreed Certifications (e.g., Associate Safety Professional, Loss Prevention Certifications, Certified Security Professional).
- 2 or more years of investigative experience or asset protection experience in retail or warehouse.
