About the Role
As an Analyst you will work closely with Chapter Lead and Product owner of BAU Squads of Identity and Access Management in managing ANZ's Identity and Access Management (IAM) team in Bangaluru in accordance with ANZ Group policy and the external regulatory environment. Also, role has accountability of services provided by the team to internal customers by ensuring all necessary actions are conducted in accordance with ANZ's policy and procedure within agreed Service Level Arrangements.

What will your day look like?
- Individual is expected to be responsible to manage and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for all activities associated with application On-boarding for periodical access review and Event Based Access Management (EBAM).
- Participate in IIQ functional change testing and iSchema changes
- Prioritise, sequence and maintain backlog
- Liaise with PO's to ensure the squad has the right amount of support required to succeed.
- Actively participate in daily stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Showcases and Retrospective ceremonies.
- Use metrics to ensure feedback from customers is captured as well as continually reviews product progress.
- Participate in Scrum Planning & Closure meetings and analyse the Business requirements and convert in to Test scenarios.
- Prepare the estimates for the stories and update to Scrum Master/Product Owner.
- Prepare Test plans, Test cases and Test Exit Reports.
- Discuss with Business Analysts and Development team to review Test plan, Test case and other deliverables.
- Carry out Smoke, Functional, Regression and Load testing and raise issues in Bug tracking tool till it gets closure.
- Coordinate with Development team to resolve the issues raised in different test phases.
- Conduct showcase to various stakeholders once the testing completed for the requested changes.
- Involve with other Teams to carry out On-Demand testing whenever is required.
What will you bring?
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Identity & Access Management
- Advance level knowledge in Functional Testing
- Must have previously worked in User/Asset Onboarding, Monitoring and Configuration
- Highly experienced in business/stakeholder engagement
- Familiar with I&AM tools (IIQ Sailpoint) and Lifecycle management
- Ability to write test documentation such as test plans, scripts and reports.
- Skilled at testing process and methodologies.
- Experience and Knowledge in User Access Review, Active Directory, GCP and AWS.
- Good experience in incident, problem and request management
- Provided use cases and business processes for support groups on role, entitlement, provisioning.
- Experience working with project management methodologies- agile development methodology, Implemented Agile (Scrum) Methodology that includes daily scrum with team.
- Have excellent technical, analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact with individuals at all levels and can work as a part of a team as well as independently
- Experience in documentation process -Process documentation internally capturing all the information necessary to properly execute a business process within squad and domain
Desired Skills
- Good to have Automation testing experience (Preferable Test NG Framework)
- Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management and Principles, Advanced level knowledge of IIQ Sailpoint and its Frameworks
- Candidate should have minimum 2/3 years’ experience in Software Application Testing.
- Must have prior experience in SDLC & STLC.
- Strong experience in QA methodologies.
- Have Experience in Identity Access Management tool (Preferably SailPoint IIQ / IAM Now)
- Strong technical and analytical skill
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaborate with others.
- Working knowledge on Atlassian tools and Service-Now
- Understanding of Agile and scrum methodology
- Intermediate/Advanced working knowledge of Cloud concepts
