Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst

Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
- Lead the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and financial modeling.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on financial performance metrics and KPIs.
- Financial Reporting and Presentations:
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Present financial insights and key findings to senior leadership and stakeholders.
- Create executive-level presentations and dashboards to communicate financial performance and trends effectively.
- Strategic Planning and Decision Support:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions, and business planning.
- Evaluate the financial impact of proposed projects, initiatives, and acquisitions.
- Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity modeling to assess risks and opportunities.
- Budget Management and Cost Control:
- Monitor budget performance and track actual results against budgeted targets.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities, operational efficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Work closely with department heads to develop accurate budget forecasts and variance explanations.
- Financial Forecasting and Trend Analysis:
- Forecast future financial performance based on historical data, market trends, and business drivers.
- Analyze trends in revenue, expenses, and key financial metrics to identify patterns and potential risks.
- Ad-Hoc Financial Projects:
- Lead special financial projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
- Conduct financial research, due diligence, and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide actionable recommendations and implement best practices to optimize financial processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA designation is a plus.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and financial software (e.g., ERP systems).
- Knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and financial statements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with senior management.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and data integrity.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
