Due to continual expansion, a unique opportunity has arisen for a strata management professional in a leading Strata & Community Management agency in Sydney's Northwest. Ideally, we are looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of two years experience in strata management.
Beaumont Strata Management specialises in the strata management of strata commercial and industrial schemes as well as some select residential schemes. We also manage community associations and building management committees.
Promoting service excellence, you will be working with like-minded professionals who understand the importance of quick, reliable and effective service. You will be a key member of a tight-knit team that will support you.
Managing a relatively small portfolio, you will need:
- Knowledge and understanding of the legislation
- A current Class 2 Strata License
- Your own vehicle and current drivers license
- Minimum 2 years' experience in strata & community management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding customer service and organisational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
