Job Description
Reporting to the Cluster General Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include:
- Facilitates, guides, and directs all department heads in selecting the optimum revenue opportunities for the cluster properties.
- Measures total revenue performance against strategy and targets and adapts current strategy as necessary.
- Actively monitors the competitive environment and elaborates revenue optimizing tactics and strategies in order to maximize Revenue Generation Index (RGI).
- Monitors changing market conditions and assesses the financial implications of market fluctuations on the property.
- Assists in the preparation of the annual Sales & Marketing budget and business plan taking into consideration Market Mix, Occupancy levels, Average Room Rate & Rev Par, Yield management and revenue streams throughout both rooms and food & beverage.
- Gives feedback on developing, implementing and managing rate structures and strategies through market data review and demand analysis.
- Manages all aspects of the reservations service and quality in the CRS, PMS and related systems.
Qualifications
- Previous senior leadership experience within Revenue Management in a Cluster role required.
- Accor experience in UAE is required.
- University/College degree in a related discipline required.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- High degree of professionalism with leadership management and business acumen capabilities.
