Responsibilities
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire real estate transaction process
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Stay updated on current real estate market trends and changes in local regulations
- Market and advertise properties to attract potential buyers or tenants
- Show properties to interested buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws, regulations, and Fair Housing guidelines
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders involved in the transaction
- Provide exceptional customer service to build long-term relationships with clients
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
- Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Rigorously prospect for new business by following up with leads in your pipeline to ensure sales growth
- Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes
Qualifications
- Valid real estate license in the state of Florida
- Strong knowledge of real estate law, property management, and fair housing regulations
- Excellent negotiation skills to achieve favorable outcomes for clients
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proven sales experience with a track record of success
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong customer service skills to provide an exceptional experience for clients
- Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently
Compensation
$100,000+ yearly
