Position Description
Sensei Ag is searching for an experienced Senior FP&A Analyst with experience in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG), or farming sector, to play a key role in driving informed decision-making and financial performance optimization across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills with an ability to translate data into actionable insights. Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning and Analysis, the Senior FP&A Analyst will be responsible for providing strategic analysis, forecasting, and budgeting support to senior management.
Responsibilities
Financial Planning and Forecasting:
- Lead the development and maintenance of forecasts and budgets to support short-term and long-term strategic planning using NetSuite Planning and Budgeting (NSPB).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant data, understand business drivers, and incorporate insights into financial projections.
- Conduct revenue projections, cost estimations, cash flow forecasts, and return on investment calculations.
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze financial performance, identify key trends, and provide actionable insights to senior management to support decision-making.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports, including variance analysis and key performance indicators (KPIs), to senior leadership on a regular basis.
Ad Hoc Analysis and Projects:
- Conduct ad-hoc financial analysis to support special projects, strategic initiatives, and investment opportunities.
- Provide financial support for capital investment decisions and other strategic initiatives as needed.
- Identify potential financial and operational risks associated with new projects.
Minimum years of experience required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis in a corporate environment.
Required Skills, Abilities and Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) company selling on Grocery channel, or farming sector.
- ERP System knowledge (Oracle NetSuite preferred).
- Advanced Excel skills.
Preferred Skills, Abilities and Qualifications
- Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) experience with Food or Beverage company.
- Knowledge of greenhouse operations.
- Familiarity with demand planning.
- Familiarity with cost accounting
- Experience creating PowerPoint presentations suitable for executive team.

NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENTThis Non-Disclosure Agreement (“Agreement”) is dated as of the date set forth below (the “Effective Date”) and is by and between the undersigned (“Recipient”) and Sensei Ag Holdings, Inc. (“Discloser”) for the benefit of Discloser, entities and persons affiliated with Discloser, and its and their respective members, managers and employees (the “Discloser Affiliates”). This Agreement establishes the confidentiality and use obligations of Recipient with regard to certain information disclosed or made available by Discloser to Recipient for the purpose stated in Section 2 below.The parties agree as follows:1. Definition. “Confidential Information” as used in this Agreement means any and all information disclosed or made available by Discloser to Recipient or to which Recipient otherwise becomes privy in connection with interactions or discussions with Discloser or Discloser’s representatives, whether disclosed in written or other tangible form, or by oral, visual, or any other means. Confidential Information includes, without limitation, all information (i) that should reasonably be understood by Recipient to be of a secret, confidential or personal nature to Discloser or any third party, whether because of legends or other markings, the circumstances of disclosure, or the nature of the information itself and (ii) information relating to Discloser’s or Discloser Affiliates’ financial matters, investments, business operations, strategies, organizational structure or organizational charts, or other non-public information about Discloser or Discloser Affiliates, as well as the existence of any actual or proposed transaction, agreement or relationship between Discloser and Recipient and the terms of this Agreement. “Confidential Information” does not include any information that (a) was publicly available at the time it was communicated to Recipient by Discloser or (b) becomes publicly available after it was communicated to Recipient by Discloser through no fault of Recipient.2. Purpose. Recipient may use the Confidential Information solely for the purpose of a business opportunity of mutual interest (the “Purpose”), and not for any other purpose.3. Obligations. Recipient will, at all times and notwithstanding any termination or expiration of this Agreement, hold in strict confidence and not use or disclose any Confidential Information to any third party, except as strictly necessary on a need-to-know basis in connection with the Purpose to Recipient’s financial or legal representatives who have signed confidentiality agreements or are otherwise bound by confidentiality obligations at least as restrictive as those contained herein. Recipient shall take reasonable precautions to safeguard the Confidential Information from unauthorized disclosure and will immediately notify Discloser upon discovery of any loss or unauthorized disclosure of any Confidential Information. Notwithstanding the above, Recipient shall not be in violation of this Agreement with regard to any disclosure in response to a valid order by a court or other governmental body, provided that Recipient provides Discloser with prior written notice of such disclosure in order to permit Discloser to seek to avoid or minimize the required disclosure and/or to obtain an appropriate protective order or other appropriate relief to ensure that any Confidential Information so disclosed is maintained in confidence to the maximum extent possible. Nothing in this Agreement shall obligate Discloser to proceed with any transaction, and each Party reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate any discussions or negotiations contemplated by this Agreement.4. Return or Destruction of Confidential Information. At any time after the disclosure, immediately upon Discloser’s request, Recipient agrees to promptly: (i) return all previously disclosed Confidential Information to Discloser or (ii) destroy or erase (on all forms of recordation) all Confidential Information in Recipient’s possession or control and certify such destruction of all copies (including any archival copies) of the Confidential Information (and delete all forms of recordation in whatever media stored, whether in existence now or invented in the future).5. Termination. The termination of any other transaction, agreement or relationship between or involving the parties shall not relieve Recipient of its obligations with respect to Confidential Information disclosed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement.6. Severability. If any of the provisions of this Agreement are held invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall be unimpaired.7. No Warranty.
