Frontier Auto Parts (www.frontierparts.com) is an aftermarket auto parts distributor providing quality auto body collision parts to repair shops in and around the Raleigh region since 1998. We are seeking an Accounting Associate to join our team.
- Answer customer calls for return requests
- Assist drivers with invoice changes
- Process payments and other accounts receivable activities (e.g., check-in driver bags, clarify paperwork)
- Follow multi-step procedures to record data in our computer system
- Work Monday - Friday (7:30 am to 5 pm or 9 am - 6:30 pm)
- Hours over 40 hours/week are paid at 1.5x hourly rate
- Accounting or Customer Service experience (preferred)
- Spanish or Mandarin speaking (preferred)
- Reliable, pay attention to details, and able to follow multi-step instructions
- Computer capable (e.g., enter data into a field, navigate screens etc.)
Pay dependent on fit for position and experience.
