Job Functions and Areas of Responsibility
- Monitor the implementation of new audit method (Annual Inspection (AI), Desktop Audit (DA), Verification Audit (VA))
- Conduct DA to ensure inspection by ASC & RSC are being conducted in proper method.
- Summarize DA result and identify vehicles that requires VA.
- Conduct verification audit for selective cases to verify if the inspection result by ASC & RSC are accurate, and to confirm there are no non-conformity issues involved. Summarize VA result and incorporate new grade after VA in the system.
- Submit/present regular reports to the Management and Customer.
- Plan and conduct briefing or practical session as necessary.
- Summarize points/reports of findings and recommendations as required.
- Support in preparation of audit activities by the Customer.
- Attend relevant meetings and preparation of documents for the implementation process.
- Follow up pending issues related to audit findings.
- Plan and conduct special audit/investigation as and when required.
- Attend relevant training including product related or soft skills to gain knowledge in order to perform audit.
- Assist and support any other duties as instructed by the Superior.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Automotive Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years working experience in Automotive industry.
- Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office -Word, Excel, Power Point,
- Fast learner and self-reliant.
- Trustworthy and have high sense of responsibility.
- Able to working under pressure with minimum supervision.
- Able to travelling with valid driving license class B2 & D.
