Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day to day activities coordinating the needs of Wealth Strategists.
- Work with Wealth Strategists to maintain active prospect and lead files and reminders to initiate calls for proper follow up.
- Collaborate with other associates within the team to assist on larger projects.
- Create, manage, and maintain Partner Workstation CRM profiles for Leads, Prospects, Clients, and COIs.
- Enter and manage prospect and client information in Partner Workstation to maintain an accurate active pipeline for the Wealth Strategists.
- Prepare and edit custom presentations for sales meetings, prospects, and client presentations.
- Gather documents for new client onboarding, including coordinating the funding of assets from prior institutions.
- Coordinate and track the process for new account documentation, including preparing Letters of Direction.
- Assist with coordinating and expensing all travel and expense related activities.
- Research prospects through various internal and external sources in preparation for sales calls and presentations.
- Manage correspondence and reports for Wealth Strategists, focused on proactive outreach initiatives.
- Write and submit documents to the legal area to obtain trust acceptance approval and resolve problem situations.
- Assist Marketing Specialists when local assistance is needed.
Knowledge and Skills:
Knowledge of the personal wealth management market, trust and fiduciary related products, and services. Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills are necessary. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office 365, Salesforce, and Concur are preferred. Business degree and/or equivalent work/education experience.
Experience Required:
Candidates should have 1-3 years of related client/sales servicing work experience.
