Job Description Summary
JLLT is looking for a Support Planning Analyst Lead who will be responsible for the partnership between JLLT and one of our global strategic clients based in Singapore. This position requires a technology-savvy individual with experience in commercial real estate portfolio management and data analytics to enable business decisions supporting real estate expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with client stakeholders using analytical skills to help plan and forecast commercial real estate portfolio requirements based on data.
- Establish strong business relationships with key stakeholders and share information around best practices.
- Develop and implement commercial real estate data and analytics-related programs and projects.
- Translate client business goals into actionable portfolio strategy.
- Build jointly agreed product and service roadmaps ensuring alignment with delivery and engineering functions.
- Communicate effectively with and influence senior stakeholders.
- Support development of continuous improvement mechanisms for tools.
- Oversee a team of analysts to provide valuable client insights and analytics.
The Candidate
Required Knowledge and Experience
- 7+ years of experience within commercial real estate with a focus on strategic portfolio planning.
- Experience in presenting complex data insights to clients.
- Experience with data analytics tools, business intelligence systems, and visualization tools.
- Sound understanding of how real estate supports enterprise-level goals.
- Ability to translate business requirements to technology deliverables.
- Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
- Strong customer focus and ability to work with various stakeholders.
