What do we need?
We are seeking a Financial Analyst to join our Finance and Accounting team. In this role you will play a large part in supporting, analyzing, and reporting sales and incentive compensation. The work will primarily be completed as an independent contributor but you will be an integral part of the Finance team. This is an ideal role for someone with a finance or compensation background interested in expanding their professional experience in a rapidly growing organization.
What will you provide?
- Maintains and updates operational and sales incentive compensation calculations on a monthly/quarterly basis
- Ongoing ad hoc analysis around sales commissions, operational incentives or other compensation related expenses and relative performance to budget and expectations
- Assists in analysis to support the development and implementation of salary administration, compensation policies, and variable pay plans (e.g., merit, annual incentives, bonuses, awards, sales commission, etc.) for salary administration including policy review and pay structure development
- Periodically assist in commission and incentive compensation benchmarking, data collection
- Provides analysis and counsel to management on sales and incentive compensation programs and initiatives related to pay structures, short term incentives
- Pay change recommendations, new hire offers, and wage and hour regulations
- Generally support review of incentive compensation trends and develop recommendations supporting business initiatives and strategy
- Assists with annual merit increases, benefits analysis and other similar projects by working collaboratively with HRIS, Payroll, and cross functional teams
- Ensures the confidentiality of sensitive information
- Develop, analyze, and maintain complex Excel reports to support data analysis
Requirements
- Team player with strong willingness to improve processes

- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel
- Demonstrated ability to develop a plan of action to achieve a particular goal or objective
- Position can be on-site in Columbus, GA, remote, or hybrid.
Education And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or business related degree preferred and 1-2+ years of related experience preferred or relevant professional certification is a plus
- Experience working sales commissions and other incentive compensation related programs preferred

The US base pay range for this position starts at $55,000 annually. Individual pay is determined by a number of factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, education, training, licensure or certifications obtained. Market, location and organizational factors are also considered. In addition to base salary, a competitive benefits package is offered.
