The Senior Analyst focused on capital is a key position within the PH Digital & Technology team accountable for conducting in-depth financial analysis, providing insightful recommendations to cross-functional teams, and assisting in decision-making processes related to capital expenditures. This role works with management, global finance teams, and key stakeholders to support the overall capital strategy and optimize financial performance. This position requires exceptional analytical, organizational, communication skills, attention-to-detail, and thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Salary Range: $82,400 to $106,700 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.
Responsibilities (includes But Not Limited To)
- Partner with cross-functional global teams (UK, India, Vietnam, US) to drive execution of daily accounting and ensure capital transactions (Internal Development Costs (IDC)) are accurate and in accordance with policies, contractual requirements, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
- Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual journal entries, cause-of-change analysis, schedules, and reporting requirements.
- Support tight internal control environment and accurate financial statements by preparing key account reconciliations, including capital expenditures and compensation.
- Present leadership with data-driven recommendations by executing the following:
- P&L vs. Forecast explanations for FSE
- Monthly Leadership Summary presentation
- Monthly Capex Project Tracker
- Monthly Compensation Tracker
Adhoc projects, requests, or analysis as needed from various departments.
Minimum Requirements
- Undergraduate degree from an accredited 4-year university in Business, Finance, or Accounting;
- 3+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience with Hyperion (HFM) and JD Edwards
- Demonstrated ability to effectively multi-task and generate actionable recommendations
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities with a growth mindset

- MBA
- CPA
- Capital management experience
