Overview: The Business Analyst monitors and resolves problems with existing customers as well as helps with ongoing projects those Customers may have. The desired candidate has project experience in retail banking, card issuing, merchant acquiring, and/or similar industry experience in the electronic payments processing space. The candidate also has a strong technical background and experience implementing and supporting enterprise software applications in complex business environments.
Job Responsibilities:
- Quick learner of Lean’s Dispute Processing implementation process and requirements-gathering tools
- Work with a cross-functional team to deliver software updates to clients
- Travel to client locations when necessary for requirements-gathering, training or testing sessions or Go Live events
- Participate in Train the Tester and Train the Trainer sessions for clients
- Ensure project documentation is kept up to date
- Acquire new knowledge rapidly and interpret functional and non-functional requirements quickly
- Gain experience with Lean’s workflow automation and business process management software
Job Qualifications:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, specifically MS Visio, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Prior project experience strongly recommended
- Motivated quick learner with good problem-solving capabilities
- Prior experience in a client servicing or service desk role a must. Must be customer-oriented and highly cognizant of the importance of customer service
- Demonstrated experience with issue troubleshooting and the issue resolution cycle
- Exceptional attention to detail is a must for this position
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate both written and verbally in a professional and courteous manner
- Willingness to continually grow and enhance your own skills and knowledge
- Proficient at working independently and have a home office, as needed
- Exposure to SQL Server and Oracle database technologies is desirable

- Ability to travel globally (including possession of a valid passport); manage travel itineraries and travel expenses until reimbursed
