Job Description:
Must Have Skills: SQL, Capital Markets Experience, Credit Risk Knowledge
- Desired Skills:
- 5-7 years of business analysis experience with the ability to lead smaller programs.
- Prior experience in BASEL reporting related applications will be a big plus (this is optional).
- Prior experience in OTC derivatives products, knowledge about risk management for OTC products.
- Basic SQL knowledge, ability to prepare SQL queries to retrieve data from identified source databases for data analysis and mapping activities.
- Prior experience in running requirement elicitation and verification sessions with multiple lines of business (LOBs) and technical teams.
- Experience in writing BRDs, FSD, Gap Analysis documents, source to target mapping documents, process flows, logical data relationship diagrams, etc.
- Prior experience in Integration System Testing (IST), logging defects into HP Quality Center / ALM.
- Prior experience in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) including the review of UAT results with the business team.
- Problem-solving and analysis skills, interpersonal skills to articulate the issues to multiple business teams.
- Understand and summarize client requirements, translating them into technical options and solutions that meet end user business needs.
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel (including Pivot tables, filters, and formatting).
