Corporate Tax Accountant - Temp (possibly temp to Perm)
Our client located in Buckhead is looking to hire a Tax Accountant to handle the following duties:
The position will report to the Director of Tax.
- Retrieving trial balance, reconciling differences, and sending to tax preparer firms
- Reconciling fixed asset schedule to trial balance and cost segregation report and sending to tax preparer firms
- Reviewing tax returns prepared by outside firms
- Preparing and filing limited use tax returns
- Preparing and filing limited local returns
- Responding to IRS and state notices
- Limited tax research
- Filing and organizing tax documents
- Tracking compliance requests and fulfillment
- Limited fixed asset accounting
- Investor information management and tracking (changes and updates)
