We’re looking for a savvy Accounts Payable/Receivable Administrator to bring their skills to our dynamic, family-friendly office in Gisborne.
This full-time, office based role is all about making the AP/AR function your own while enjoying and being a part of the positive, collaborative team environment.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the go-to for all things AP/AR and streamline the process your way
- Jump in to support the wider team and help answer the phone when needed
- Thrive in a workplace that champions continuous improvement and fresh ideas.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable, accounting software and the Microsoft Suite
- A full and clean NZ driver’s license
- Excellent communication skills and a knack for picking up new systems quickly
- A proactive, helpful attitude, with good initiative, and of course, a great sense of humour
