Responsible for delivering operational plans and setting day-to-day team objectives or delivering the business policies and programs within a defined specialist area. Resolves day-to-day issues/escalation points.
Within a specific specialist subject area, an analyst deals with a normal complexity level in the majority of tasks, but some ad hoc tasks can be somewhat complex. The analyst demonstrates good knowledge of the specialist subject area on an operational level in combination with good analytical skills.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: (these tasks include but are not limited to)
- Contributes to the development of the specialist subject area.
- Maintains updated knowledge of the specialist subject area supporting the information/research of the specialist subject area.
- Ensures quality within operation of the specialist subject area and that all policies are met, and documentation is adequate.
- Provides analysis based on standard methods within the specialist subject area.
- Contributes to the implementation of policies within the specialist subject area.
- Acts as project manager on standard projects within the specialist subject area.
REQUIRED
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in finance.
- 5 – 10 years of experience.
- Financial Planning and Analysis experience.
- Experience in SAP or Power BI.
- Strong financial understanding.
- Analytical Background.
- Experience working with Senior Leadership.
- Experience with tight deadlines.
- Experience working with different countries.
Pay Transparency Notice:
Depending on your work location, the target annual salary for this position can range from $83,500.00 to $109,000.00. Compensation for roles at GN depends on a wide array of factors including but not limited to location, role, skill set, and level of experience. To remain competitive, GN offers a competitive benefits package, including annual bonuses, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, and paid vacation and holidays.
