Job Description
As an Analyst on the Client Onboarding Team at Antares Capital you will play a critical role in supporting the onboarding of all investors, entities and investment programs (including funds and separately managed accounts) onto the Antares platform. The Client Onboarding team is expanding and is ideal for a motivated professional with excellent communication skills and a strong foundation in finance who is looking to grow their career with an alternative credit asset manager. This position will report directly to the Vice President of the Client Onboarding team and will interact heavily with Investor Relations, Sales, Program Managers, Structured Products, Treasury, Operations, IT, Compliance and third-party providers.
Responsibilities
- Support the strategic development and enhancement of the process for onboarding investors, entities, and investment programs onto the Antares platform.
- Provide a single point of contact for Antares Capital team members and third-party providers during the onboarding process.
- Track each new client opportunity in the Antares Capital investment program pipeline from legal entity setup to close.
- Review complex legal documentation to communicate necessary information and legal requirements to teams within Antares Capital impacted by provisions within the documentation.
- Ensure all investors, entities and investment programs are onboarded onto the respective third-party platforms and systems.
- Communicate the status of onboarding initiatives with key stakeholders and coordinate any outstanding onboarding tasks.
- Collaborate with all key stakeholders in the onboarding process ensuring teams have all needed documentation, information, and systems setup to effectively operate and manage the investment programs once onboarded and closed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of experience in investor relations, operations, finance or related roles with a top-tier asset management firm or U.S. direct lending firm.
- Knowledge of alternative investment products and services, including private credit and direct lending.
- Understanding of legal terms and legal documentation.
