What You’ll Do
- Oversee project budgets and forecasts, ensuring financial accuracy.
- Track and control costs, flagging any variances and keeping projects on target.
- Handle project billing from start to finish, making sure invoices go out on time and are spot on.
- Reconcile accounts, tackle discrepancies, and keep everything running smoothly.
- Keep detailed records on contracts, change orders, and other key documents.
- Manage project expenses, invoices, and financial reports for clarity and compliance.
- Collaborate with project managers, offering financial insights to guide successful project execution.
- Create detailed reports on profitability, variances, and opportunities for growth.
- Be a key liaison with external auditors, supporting seamless audits and reporting.
- Work closely with senior leadership to provide the financial data needed for informed decision-making.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Sage 100 Contractor and Procore Financials.
- CPA or CMA certification? Bonus points!
- 3-5 years of solid construction or project accounting experience.
- A knack for numbers and strong analytical skills.
