Insurance Account Position - State Farm Agent Team Member
With over 20 years of State Farm Experience, Cleo Meyer is looking to grow our excellent, hardworking team. Our team's mission is to help people manage the risks of everyday life, recover from the unexpected and realize their dreams.
We’re looking for motivated self-starters with a sales or insurance background who care deeply about people and want to improve their lives with coverage to take care of what matters most.
Requirements: We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic to develop their skills and eager to share the value insurance and financial products play in helping people manage the risks of everyday life and realize their dreams.
· Property & Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
· Life & Health License (must be able to obtain)
· Sales Experience Preferred
· Successful Track Record for Meeting Sales Goals Preferred
· Excellent Communication Skills – Written, Verbal, and Auditory
· Self-Motivated
· Experience in Marketing
· Ability to Make Presentations to Potential Customers
· Achievements in Mutually Agreed Upon Marketing Goals
Responsibilities: We encourage each team member to bring their authentic skills and insights to work each day in helping our customers.
· Use customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
· Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
· Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
· Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
· Maintain and strong work ethic with a total commitment to integrity and success each and every day.
· Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the development of our business.

Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM located in Atlanta, GA (In-Office Position)
Compensation: $50,000-$55,000 Per Year

Cleo’s desire to help others and become a trusted resource to the community she services, drove her to open her own agency.
