Join AZAD Technology Partners as a Business Analyst and provide analysis and support for the Transmission Field Services Business Controls and Business Transformation organization for a regional electric utility. This analyst will provide organizational and process analysis, reengineering, program planning and evaluation, and transition planning to facilitate the successful development and implementation of business and strategic initiatives. This individual will ideally have a depth of knowledge of data systems and how to configure them.
This is a 2 years plus consultant position with high probability of long term and ongoing continued employment. This position is hybrid in Vancouver, WA with onsite work at least two days weekly.
The hourly pay rate range for this position is $56.00 - $61.00 depending on related qualifications and experience, as well as composition of selected compensation package.
The Ideal Candidate Must Possess The Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor or associate degree in Business Administration, Management, Organizational Development, Accounting, Computer Science, or a closely related discipline is preferred.
- 8 years of experience is required with an applicable bachelor's degree.
- 10 years of experience is required with an applicable associate degree.
- 12 years of experience is required without a degree or applicable degree.
- Experience should include direct experience in business analysis and/or project management and be progressively more technical in nature.
- Direct work experience and knowledge of analysis and change management principles and methodologies with a solid understanding of how analytics and change management support the change process.
- Demonstrated experience with analysis, project and change management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.
- Experience evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing optimization strategies and implementing solutions.
- Experience in performing requirements analysis, and documenting/communicating the results of your requirement gathering to customers and leadership.
- Experience developing user scripts and performing user acceptance testing. Experience implementing new systems/procedures and providing training to peers/customers on this implementation.
