Job purpose:
Securities Service is a key business within the Major Global Bank Institutional Clients Group. The business covers Custody, Funds Services, and Direct Custody products, providing services to a variety of institutional clients, both with global and regional importance to the firm's franchise.
The successful candidate will support the Client Executive (CE) & Account Manager (AM) to ensure the Client is delivering excellence to our Institutional Custody Client base.
Key responsibilities:
- Monitor aged receivables & investigate issues associated with billing inquiries to support resolution and closing out open aging unpaid invoices.
- Coordination of meeting materials logistics for Due Diligence Reviews/Visits.
- Coordination and lodgment of client documents, such as Authorized Signature & Call Back Lists.
- Coordination of SWIFT message set-up & maintenance.
- Coordinate the account opening & closing process with internal process owners.
- Management, coordination & completion of Client Velocity & Direct BE entitlements.
