The Opportunity:
With all the information available today, it takes a skilled intelligence analyst to know how to find and interpret the best data to give their clients the right answers. With the critical decisions made in our space policy and strategy every day, we need an intel analyst like you to do just that. As a Policy, Strategy, and Program Analyst, you use your specialized policy and strategy experience and your attention to detail to develop assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support policy and inform our senior space leadership.
As an intelligence analyst on our team, you'll help your client understand the space operations and strategic environment facing our national overhead and tactical space systems. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, develop effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources. You'll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for leadership. As the authority on national overhead space, your client will look to you for time-critical recommendations, often under pressure.
This is a chance to grow your expertise and develop new skills in developing strategy, briefing senior leadership, and sharing your methodologies with other analysts. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools.

You Have:
- 3+ years of experience in policy or strategy review and development
- Knowledge of national overhead intelligence systems
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- Associate's degree
Nice If You Have:
- 4+ years of experience in policy or strategy review and development
- Experience with the DoD or IC
- Possession of excellent writing skills
- Bachelor's degree
Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.

Work Model:
