Vic's Pizza, located at 8340 GlynOaks Drive in South Lincoln, is hiring a manager for its growing restaurant.
Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring guests have an outstanding positive experience
- Hire and train new employees
- Organize and set employee schedules
- Conduct performance evaluations (timely and constructive), including discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
- Manage inventory needs of the restaurant
- Maintain sales records and track cash receipts
- Perform other duties as assigned
Manager should possess:
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Familiarity with proper food handling and safety
- Current RS (Restricted/Shift) level Food Handler’s Permit
This position is Full Time salaried: starting at $60K
