Our client, an AmLaw100 firm, is seeking an associate to join its Real Estate group in Atlanta. The role involves working on commercial real estate finance, including:
- Drafting loan documents
- Performing due diligence
- Maintaining closing checklists
- Reviewing title, survey, and organizational documents
Ideal candidates will have:
- 3-4 years of experience in commercial real estate finance representing bank and/or non-bank lenders
- Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
- Excellent academic credentials
- Admission to the State Bar of Georgia
