About the Position
Supports the compensation function for Legacy Community Health, including drafting documentation and procedures to support pay practices and incentive plans, supporting market analysis process, managing the job description library, supporting leaders in creating new positions, and creating and implementing reports and audit processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft documentation and procedures to support pay practices and incentive plans. Manage compiled procedures and support HR team and leaders to effectively administer programs and procedures.
- Manage Legacy Job Description Library. Work with leaders and HR colleagues to draft, update and sunset job descriptions. Review and update the job description template at least annually and in the event of organizational changes. Ensure that a job description exists for each active role.
- Enter approved salary and job codes into HRIS system. Update job titles as needed to maintain alignment with organizational standards. Collaborate with HR Shared Services and Payroll Teams to make broad based changes and/or updates to compensation practices, positions, or employee pay rates.
- Support market pricing process for new and updated positions. Evaluate survey market data available and match data for Legacy positions based on documented job responsibilities and qualifications. Analyze existing or proposed pay range and employee average pay against compiled market data. Develop and present recommendations for pay range and/or employee pay rate changes, including projected costing.
- Participate in salary surveys, as requested.
- Create and manage compensation tools, reports, and data. Develop and implement approved audit processes and present results regularly to Director and HR Leadership. Collaborate with Director and HR team to close gaps in understanding, implementation, and administration of compensation programs and procedures.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Previous work experience that demonstrates strong analytical and reporting skill set required.
- Five (5) years of previous experience in compensation analysis is required.
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred.
- SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) or Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credentials preferred.
