Job Summary:
The Cards & ATM Specialist positions provide support as it pertains to the Cards & ATM team including extensive knowledge of Reg E. This position is responsible for the processing and support of ATMs, credit/debit/prepaid cards, Falcon fraud alerts, mobile wallets/tokenization, and disputes. Other duties include answering internal and external phone calls and reconciling miscellaneous GL and deposit accounts.
Primary Functions and/or Responsibilities:
- Process daily balancing and reconciliations for various General Ledger and deposit accounts related to Credit/Debit/Prepaid card settlement, ATM deposits and ATM terminal activity.
- Process Credit, Debit and Prepaid card adjustments, corrections, and maintenance requests.
- Open, monitor, and process ATM, Credit/Debit/Prepaid card and MyPayCard Bill Pay disputes within Network and Reg E requirements.
- Open, process and maintain new credit card accounts including providing support for Consumer and Commercial customers on EzBusiness and EzCard systems, processing credit card payments, address changes.
- Process and provide support for various mobile wallet notifications, EMV inquiries and tokenization inquiries.
- Monitor and process card fraud alerts.
- Answer internal and external phone calls, provide customer support for all functions processed by the Card and ATM team, and assist customers with any troubleshooting issues they may experience.
- Process other miscellaneous functions, including various month end procedures, reconcilements, reports, scanning and filing.
- Must keep current and be highly knowledgeable of the Rules and Regulations regarding the processing of card and ATM transactions, including but not limited to Regulation E, Regulation Z, Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Visa Operating Rules, Shazam Operating Rules, MoneyPass Operating Rules, AllPoint Operating Rules, etc.
Education and/or Experience:
Level I
2 – 3 years of prior bank operations experience or an equivalent combination of education required.
Level II
At least 3 years of prior bank operations experience or an equivalent combination of education required.

Hiring Salary Range
The hiring range below reflects targeted base salary. Actual compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s prior related experience & education and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to base salary, most positions are also eligible to participate in our annual bonus program.
Level I Hiring Salary Range: $21.00 - $25.00 (Annualized at 40 hours per week: $43,680 - $52,000)
Level II Hiring Salary Range: $23.00 - $27.00 (Annualized at 40 hours per week: $47,840 - $56,160)
