In this role you will…
- Monitor invoice entry processes to ensure compliance and timely entry into our systems
- Manage regular payment cycles, optimizing cash flow and ensuring accuracy
- Serve as a lead in escalated vendor and internal inquiries, maintaining strong relationships
- Monitor and reconcile accounts payable transactions to maintain financial integrity
- Enforce financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies
- Analyze accounts payable metrics to identify trends and opportunities for optimization
- Collaborate on financial audits, providing essential documentation and insights
- Participate in enhancing AP (Accounts Payable) systems and technology for improved efficiency
You’vegot what it takes if you...
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of work experience.
- Have 3+ years in financial operations, ideally with a focus on Payables
- Possess advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including Tables, Pivot Tables, Index-Match, Nested Ifs and Lookups
- Knowledge of SaaS (Software as a Service) B2B billing, invoicing, and payment processes
- Strong analytical skills for financial data analysis and trend identification
- Proven track record in process improvement within a financial function
- Excellent communication skills for effective internal and external collaboration
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in all financial processes
- Team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process optimization
- Preferably, proficiency in Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Preferably, experience with ServiceNow for efficient inquiry management

Total Rewards
At Cornerstone, our transparent total rewards program is based on three core tenets: equitable pay, market dynamic research, and skill-based appraisal.
The base salary range for this position is: $61500 - $98400 USD
In addition to competitive base pay, the compensation package for this role may include other incentives like bonus or commission, along with a generous benefits package. Additional base pay may be available if you reside in a high-cost metro area (New York City or San Francisco Bay Area).
This range reflects the minimum and maximum salary for this position. Where an individual’s pay falls within the range is determined by factors including, but not limited to, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
