Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) are at the forefront of services providing support for RBTs, clients, and their families. Qualifications
- Must be Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
BCBA Duties
- Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized behavior plans for clients
- Train and provide feedback to caregivers and behavior technicians on the implementation of behavior plans and skill acquisition goals
- Analyze and graph data weekly
- Update behavior plans for reassessment as determined by Medicaid and/or Private Insurance
- Provide supervision according to the BACB requirements for RBTs
- Maintain certification according to the BACB requirements
- Complete billing bi-weekly
