The Finance Manger handles the financial records and accounting activities for the organization. These areas include accounting, budgets, payroll taxes and related activities and maintenance of financial records.
Additional Areas of Responsibility:
The position develops, establishes and administers procedures and systems pertaining to financial matters. Prepares financial statements, forecasts and performs analysis for administrative and managerial functions. Maintains all accounting records and is responsible for development, analysis and interpretation of statistical and accounting information. Evaluates operating results in terms of revenues, costs and budget performance.
Other Information/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business with accounting or finance concentration
- Min 5 years experience related to the duties and responsibilities
- Preparation of financial reports; staff hiring procedures; ability to gather compile and prepare reports; knowledge of business practices and procedures; knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting and cost control measures
- Ability to use Quickbooks Online and other software to quantify and develop financial reports, comparisons and/or projections
