Job Description
This role is part of an expert central team that works across functions (Finance, HR, Marketing, Sales, Partners, Bus) with regional Commercial Operations teams to design and implement best practices for cross functional revenue planning, execution, reporting and analytics. This role supports the VP RTM Performance and Planning and will be a strategic influencer in all elements of Direct and Indirect Sales, including structure, systems, process, outsourcing, recruitment and enablement, sales compensation, and other key elements.
Key Responsibilities
- Works closely with stakeholders across the business, producing high quality analyses that drive actionable insights.
- Analyzes business performance to generate proposals for how growth can be accelerated.
- Communicates findings, insights, and results in a clear, concise, and effective manner to senior leadership.
- Conducts root cause analysis investigations to support senior leaders in effectively leading change.
- Is a Subject Matter Expert on key operational & funnel performance metrics relevant to success.
- Develops, maintains and evolves operational KPIs to measure key initiatives that support growth.
- Partners with Go To Market leadership establishing strong relationships that improve commercial performance.
- Partners directly with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to deliver a best-in-class annual planning process.
- Embeds best in class GTM Planning processes into local Geo planning cycle. Support local Geo’s with the implementation of these processes.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in deep financial, revenue and operational expertise in emerging/high tech strategic growth products and SaaS.
- Process and detail oriented, deep analytical skills and data driven decision maker.
- Deep expertise in Direct and Indirect Sales “motions”; knowledge of direct and indirect sales structures, processes, incentive designs, and revenue operations.
- Preferred: Deep financial and operational expertise in Sage Intacct product line.
