As a Donor Services Associate, you will be the frontline representative of donor questions and an integral member of our Resource Development department.
What you’ll do in your role:
- Assist with answering calls, responding to donor inquiries and requests in a timely manner, opening and sorting incoming mail daily.
- Scan documentation and upload it to shared document files.
- Prepare batches for entry in Salesforce database and perform database clean-up, as needed.
- Process and enter credit card donations and ACH transfers through a secure virtual terminal.
- Prepare and send donor acknowledgement letters and other donor communications.
- Prepare daily validation reports for batches and deliver them to the Finance department.

What you’ll need to be successful in this role:
- Strong experience with data entry
- Customer service skills with demonstrated ability to manage confidential information
- Excellent phone, communication and interpersonal skills, and organizational abilities
- Ability to work well in a team and adapt to new concepts
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook software, Excel is necessary for data entry and tracking
- Experience with Salesforce or other databases required
