As part of the Revenue & Operations Group within FP&A, this position will play a key role in the development and implementation of the Financial Management, Metric Tracking, and Analysis of Recurring Revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with the entire Revenue & Operations team to ensure alignment with forecasts, budgets, and actual reporting and variance analysis.
- Lead Support person for Revenue Enablement Projects.
- Solve for complex areas of revenue leakage by developing new analytics.
- Leverage resources and systems to gain automation and efficiency to increase value-added analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required, MBA a plus.
- 8+ years of experience in financial analysis with at least 3 years of Revenue analysis experience.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen for the functions they support.
- Experience in designing and enhancing processes and models.
- Candidate should have a growth mindset and embrace technology and change.
- Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel, as well as other MS Office product knowledge, including Power BI.
- Experience and competence in using integrated ERP software, particularly D365, Oracle, and TM1.
- Previous working experience with Revenue Management Systems like Zuora RevPro is a plus, as well as experience with ASC 606.
