The IT Operations and Global Command Center organization delivers excellence in the pursuit of those breakthroughs through industry-leading infrastructure operations performance. As part of the Service Management Data and Analytics team, you will play a key role in managing and delivering complex data and analytics to support business objectives. You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional teams, providing them with data-driven insights to help them make informed decisions. You will also be responsible for ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance across all projects. In this role, you will have the opportunity to mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow and develop.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and deliver complex data and analytics projects, from initial concept through to final delivery, ensuring that they meet stakeholder needs and business objectives.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, providing them with data-driven insights to help them make informed decisions.
- Leverage your strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and translate it into clear, actionable insights.
- Use your expertise in data analysis and visualization to provide insights that drive decision making.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure data quality and consistency across all projects.
- Hold responsibility for ensuring data and analytics deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Help drive the adoption of data and analytics tools, techniques and standards across the team and Service Management data consumers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest trends and developments in the field of data and analytics, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement in our data practices.
- Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow and develop.
- Ensure that all data and analytics projects adhere to Pfizer's data governance and compliance standards.
- Identify and mitigate any risks associated with data and analytics projects.
- Demonstrated ability to work in an agile work environment possessing qualities such as a collaborative mindset, adaptability to change, and a proactive problem-solving approach.

Basic Qualifications:
- Applicant must have a bachelor’s degree with three years of relevant experience; OR Master’s degree with one year of relevant experience; OR Associate's degree with six years of relevant experience; OR eight years of relevant experience with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience and proficiency with reporting tools, software, and other applications (like Data Catalog), including but not limited to SQL, Power BI, Alteryx, Alation, R, Minitab, Spotfire, Tableau, DSS Dataiku.
- Possess strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
- Strong understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with machine learning and predictive modeling.
- Familiar with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Experience with APIs for data integration, queries.
- Have ServiceNow Performance Analytics development experience.
- Have excellent communication skills and the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
Work Location Assignment: Must be able to work in assigned Pfizer office 2-3 days per week, or as needed by the business.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $74,900.00 to $124,800.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
