THE WORK
This role will have primary responsibility as the FP&A Lead for the entire ~$1.5B (annual sales) USW portfolio. This position will have responsibility for coordination of activities to include Long Range Plans, Operating Plans, monthly outlooks, quarterly EACs/CSRs, month-end closing, monthly financial reviews, IDRs, balance sheet reviews, orders bookings, billing issues, manage APEX, Overhead tracking, and cash collection tracking and reporting.
Function in a business management capacity for the USW portfolio with duties including: program cost management; monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting; ROS and cash analysis and enhancement; management of EVMS for portfolio programs to include baseline management, performance reporting, management of DCMA surveillances; and support to MORs and quarterly CSRs. Manage and lead a mix of early career or experienced direct reports.

Basic Qualifications:
- Excellent Communication/Presentation Skills as this candidate will routinely represent our entire portfolio Financials/Risk/Issues to Sr. and Exec Management
- Strong Program Finance Experience and Business Acumen
- Strong organizational and Time Management skills (Demonstrated ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines)
- Ability to apply skills and knowledge to provide sound data-driven analysis and decision making
- Excellence in financial systems and tools (e.g., SAP/Hyperion) as well as Microsoft Excel
Desired Skills:
- Experience with LM RMS Financial systems, processes and policies as well as strong accounting background.
- Good understanding of balance sheets and inventory control/management.
- Experience with FMS/DCS contracts, including currency exchange and foreign ledgers.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five-day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, Washington or Washington DC is $102,000 - $195,500. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
