We are looking for a talented Senior Payroll Data Analyst to join our team. The position will be responsible for Dimensions and UKG systems set up and maintenance as it relates to payroll, including changes, testing, troubleshooting, process improvements, and data integrity. The Senior Payroll Data Analyst will aid in auditing changes made at the property level to ensure data flows to Dimensions and Payroll Gateway appropriately. Responsibilities further include management reporting from Dimensions, as well as assisting in assigned Payroll related projects, as needed.

REPORTS TO: Vice President of Corporate Payroll
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Review Dimensions payroll data and documents for inefficiencies and errors.
- Manage and Maintain the Help Center – to include reviewing and responding to open tickets, requesting additional information, doing research to clarify the request, and escalating the tickets to the appropriate payroll team member when necessary.
- Manage Property Business Structure Set Up by working with the transition team, as well as continually working with properties.
- Ensure access for all Property & Corporate Leadership is established and maintained.
- Develop Dimensions reporting to enhance the current reports available for properties and senior leadership.
- Monitor Integration Files for errors and correct information to ensure all associates flow into Dimensions.
- Provide support in analyzing payroll data.
- Assist with system audits, updates, and imports.
- Communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear directions to colleagues.
- Assist with the training materials and maintaining the training guides and documents for Dimensions.
- Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must have the ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Self-starting personality with an even disposition.
- Excel experience is required.
- Experience with Dimensions/UKG preferred; but experience with timekeeping and HRIS is required, or education in systems supported by a degree from an accredited college or university.
- Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, with an ability to multitask, and prioritize effectively.
- This is a remote position with travel to the corporate office up to four times a year.
For applicants who will be working in NYC, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $65-75k; for applicants who will be working in Colorado, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $65-75k; for applicants who will be working in Washington, the anticipated compensation range is $65-75k; for applicants who will be working in California, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $65-75k.
