Responsibilities
- Become a pro at overcoming objections and providing the team value proposition through the use of our scripts so that our customers can identify our team’s professionalism and integrity in all situations.
- A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of the clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with the client base.
- Use our CRM to regularly follow up with customers to ensure our agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process.
- Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs.
- Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met.
Qualifications
- Develop rapport with clients and easily build relationships to develop new sales opportunities.
- Passionate about selling.
- Familiarity with CRM and marketing/lead technologies or ability to learn new systems quickly.
- You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills.
- Eager to find the best possible solution with a positive attitude.
Compensation
$120,000 yearly
