Position Overview:
Gravity is looking for a People Analytics Analyst to improve user experience and system functionality, preparing and distributing existing headcount reports to executive leadership. The ideal candidate will have supported data requests from HR and other partners across the company, maintaining existing data products created with Alteryx and Tableau. This person will serve as the point of contact for ServiceNow inquiries for the People Analytics teams.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Partner with Visier Product Owners to manage day-to-day operations of the system including monitoring, user training, and support.
- Collaborate with the vendor to implement system enhancements and updates.
- Ensure existing data products are updated and maintained, including expansion and enhancement over time.
- Prepare and distribute weekly/monthly headcount reports for executive teams and respond to ad hoc PeopleSoft reporting requests.
- Manage People Analytics team ServiceNow case requests and assign workload as needed.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 2+ years of experience in Human Resources Analytics.
- 2+ years of experience with PeopleSoft or Visier is preferred.
- Familiarity with analytics and data visualization tools (Tableau, Alteryx) is preferred.
- Intermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to go onsite 5 days a week.
