Job Description
Responsible for supporting the Region with financial reporting, analytics, processes, and controls. Focus on efficiencies, applications, and the appropriate tools to provide accurate and timely reports to drive results. Regular reviews of procedures within the Management Accounting group to ensure compliance for audits and guiding accurate financial reporting. Responsibilities include:
- Partnering with Region and Unit on annual budget preparation, input, and analysis
- Coordination with Group Finance on application knowledge and drivers to the annual budget
- Reporting on budget alignment throughout the year
- Quarterly forecasting analysis to budget and actuals
- Maintenance of overhead projects and ensuring cost control, identifying trends and potential issues across the region
- Analysis of CRM data, win rates and proposal costs
- Analysis of Practice Leads utilization and profitability
- Data mining for KPIs and tracking progress YOY
- Support annual audit process internally and externally
- Maintain client audit calendar, support and report
- Maintain appropriate records on SharePoint for the team and potential audits
- Explore opportunities for automation and use of digital tools for improved efficiency
- Effective communication, detailed oriented, time management and able to problem solve
- Candidate must be a team player; flexible and willing to travel
Candidate Specification
We Welcome Applications From Candidates With The Following Experience
- BS or BA Degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
- 8 or more years of corporate accounting experience, specifically with project accounting
- Experience within the industry preferred
- Management experience desired
- Effective communicator with good presentation skills and leadership qualities
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel (Advanced Level))
This position can be based in any of our offices within North America
Salary Range: $100,000 - $160,000
