As our nationwide growth accelerates, our Payroll and Benefits Team in Mechanicsburg, PA (Corporate) plays a key role in driving forward our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home by calculating commissions for our In-Home Sales Representatives and ensuring payments are made accurately and on time to employees.
As a Commission Review Specialist at West Shore Home, you will contribute to this mission by supporting the commissions function every day.
What You’ll Contribute
In this role, you can expect to:
- Calculate In-Home Sales Representative commissions.
- Make necessary deductions when errors have been made within the selling process.
- Elevate concerns that appear to be off process.
- Complete sales dispute forms timely, ensuring they are received within the required timeline.
- Review all open cases on jobs before submitting commissions to payroll.
- All other commission required duties, and other duties as assigned.
What It Takes to Succeed
At West Shore Home, we are Default Aggressive towards our goals and take Extreme Ownership of our results. We’ll provide you with the training and tools to set you up for success, and we hope that you’ll bring:
- High attention to detail.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel and VLOOKUP formulas.
- Experience with HRIS software preferred.
The Commission Review Specialist needs to take ownership of all key role accountabilities and be willing to take a default aggressive approach to supporting the commissions function every day.
