Responsibilities:
- Guide potential clients in discovering the advantages of our programs and assist them in selecting the most suitable plan upgrades.
- Resolve billing issues, update benefit packages, and suggest enhancements to ensure current clients receive outstanding service.
- Utilize your background in customer service or sales and exceptional communication skills to excel in this role.
- Manage client relationships to guarantee satisfaction, promote a culture of transparent feedback, and monitor company advancement.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries via phone, email, and mail with professionalism and precision.
- Offer detailed information regarding our products, services, and pricing to clients.
- Aid clients in benefit placement, tracking, and resolution of issues or complaints.
- Keep customer records updated in our database.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a smooth and satisfactory customer journey during the sales process.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related customer-facing role is required.
