Looking for a career change? We are excited to hire folks from other industries, such as hospitality (server, bartender, etc.), alternative forms of retail or sales, and customer service. No retail automotive experience? That's okay, we'll train you!
Successful retail automotive Sales members typically transition well from various other industries including but not limited to: retail or sales, hotels (front desk, concierge, etc.), and restaurants (server, bartender, etc.). We would like to interview candidates who are well-spoken, customer-oriented, and money motivated! Come give retail automotive a try!
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting an automobile by asking questions and listening to customer needs.
- Test-drive automobiles to demonstrate car features.
- Develop sales strategies and close deals.
- Manage customer database.
- Prepare sales documents, develop financing or lease structures, and finalize details of transactions.
- Keep abreast of new products and services.
- Attend and complete dealership Sales/Management Training Program.
Requirements:
- Ability to be self-motivated and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of customer service standards.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
