Please note that this is a remote position.
You will be working with US-based clients during their office hours. No travel is expected in this role; all work will be done remotely in a work-from-home environment.

As an Oracle EPM support consultant, you will provide day-to-day functional support to Oracle EPM clients (Hyperion On-Prem and EPM Cloud) across multiple industries for Essbase, Planning (PBCS), Data Management and EDM products in a shared services help desk environment using the Jira ticketing system. You will also have the opportunity to receive training and learn additional modules.
- Process support tickets, recommend enhancements and optimize client processes, on or across multiple products and platforms.
- Provide remote post-production support for live clients.
- Support clients via MS Teams, email and the Jira ticketing system.

Does this sound like you?
- Finance/accounting background: CPA or BBA.
- Minimum of 5 years of implementation or support experience.
- Strong experience with Hyperion On-Premises and Oracle Cloud EPM Planning and Budgeting.
- Experience with Oracle reporting (FRS, SmartView).
- FDMEE/Data Management/EDM.
- Expert-level knowledge of Essbase, Hyperion Planning and Cloud Planning/PBCS.
- Ability to understand and modify complex business rules.
- EPM Automate and batch scripting experience (asset).
- Ability to organize and multi-task, work with a team as well as independently and manage time effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
