Job Description
Support ACI deployment as follows:
- ACI Optimization
- Scripting Support
- Change Management for new applications onboarding
- SW recommendation
- Escalation Support during issue, customer management, liaison with Cisco TAC and BU
- Proactive and reactive support
- Primarily offsite, with regular onsite visits (especially during change management, critical issues)
Specific Activities:
- Ongoing support to customer to optimize the ACI design/respond to design queries
- ACI Hardware and SW Strategy
ACI Application Policy Optimization:
- Service Chaining Analysis and Optimization
Ongoing ACI Integration Optimization and Scripting Support:
ACI Performance and Consumption Analytics:
- Tenant Performance Optimization
- Fabric Performance Optimization
- Health Score Analysis
Operational Support:
- Change Management review and implementation support
- Escalation support during business outages and Sev1/Sev2 troubleshooting by liaising with TAC/BU, providing RCA
- Trend Analysis for SR and recommend optimization
Qualifications
- In-depth knowledge of ACI
- Exposure to 3rd party devices like Citrix Load Balancers
- Understanding of Cisco Data Center (including Nexus 9000)
- Able to deal with customers and manage sensitive situations
- Excellent collaboration and team playing skills
