Job Description
Renaissance, a leading provider of technology-based school improvement and student assessment programs for K-12 schools, is seeking an education consultant to lead the strategic implementation of Renaissance products purchased by the local public schools. This is a part-time opportunity.
Responsibilities include:
- Build and maintain a detailed project schedule in collaboration with the Renaissance Customer Success team, hold weekly status meetings, and coordinate professional development and technical services.
- Work closely with key Renaissance leaders to resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner by establishing and maintaining clear lines of communication with internal teams, schools, and district leaders.
- Identify and act on opportunities that improve or expand the districts' implementation and build awareness.
- Work with campuses remotely and onsite (when applicable) to supervise the implementation and form recommendations for next steps.
Qualifications
Must be within commuting distance of Las Vegas, NV.
Understanding of how large school districts operate.
Experience with data-informed decision making.
Ability to connect with key district leaders.
Ability to manage large, complex projects.
Ability to problem solve both independently and as a team member.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and organization skills.
Positive, proactive, and professional demeanor.
Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred:
Master’s degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of Renaissance Products - candidates with experience using and administering FastBridge highly preferred.
Solid understanding of Nevada state standards.
